At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your quilting and sewing supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and uncut merchandise within 30 days for a full refund.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fabric is uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that custom-cut yardage and digital patterns are generally non-returnable.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the items in a sturdy box or mailer along with a copy of your packing slip to ensure your return is identified and processed correctly.
Ship and Refund
Send the package using a trackable shipping method; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
